In memory of Val Newby

Our truly amazing Mum, Val, passed away from Breast Cancer in October 2001 following a brave battle against the disease. As her three sons, we owe everything to her for turning out as the people we are today.

Over the years, we have been supporters of Breakthrough Breast Cancer, helping to raise awareness and funds for the great work they do.

This year we wanted to test ourselves and earn donations for the charity by competing in the Mighty Deerstalker Challenge on Saturday 15th March 2014.

As brothers we will be braving the harsh Scottish weather conditions running up and down hills, through woods and by trekking through rivers. We are also delighted that close family friend Willie Macpherson will be participating in the race and raising money for Breakthrough. With only 4 weeks until the race, we better get training now! Anyone who knows us, will know that this is a big challenge (not for Willie, he’s very prepared – it’s the Newby-Zanelli clan that need to be worried!)
