In memory of Totty Montgomery
So far we have raised
£3,602.51
Not only was Totty one of the bravest people I have ever met, she was also one of the most popular. A turnout of 500 people to her memorial service is tribute to that.
She was a wonderfully generous and kind person who tragically passed away from cancer in June 2012.
I sadly only knew Totty for a short time but she made such an impression on me during that period that I am raising money for the Sarah Greene Breakthrough Tribute Fund which was a charity extremely close to her heart and which remains a major part of her family's lives.
Totty was a fighter and hopefully with more funds raised and research completed, fewer people will have to fight like she did.
So, between Sept 22-30 I am cycling the 500+ miles from Amsterdam to Berlin then running the Berlin Marathon to raise funds. It will be a pretty gruelling week or so but one I am really looking forward to.
Please donate as much or as little as you can. Any
donation is greatly appreciated.
