As a family, we are raising money for our much loved and missed wife, mother, sister and Grandma.

Sue was a vibrant, lively, funny woman with a wicked sense of humour. She lived life to the full despite her battle with breast cancer. She was courageous, dignified and brave throughout. We all feel very lucky to have had such a strong character in our lives.

We hope that they money raised will offer support to those currently battling the disease and fund further research to find a cure in the near future.

    • 54 years ago in the 1970s Sue was a fellow student with me on the same course at Aston University. She was already married and picked me up as a rather ‘callow’ inexperienced 18 year old away from home for the first time in my life. Inviting me into her and Andreas’s home she nurtured me… introducing me to Greek Cypriot food. I still think of those evenings when I ate shoulder of lamb with tomato and the precious salted almonds never seen before. I named my daughter Zoe… a life opened up to me by a very generous couple. Thank you and I am so sad she has gone.
