In memory of Lynn Bridson

In memory of my beautiful Mum, Lynn Bridson.

I'll do it if you will! This has become our battle cry as we embark on a fund raising mission to raise 50K for Breakthrough Breast Cancer in the name of my lovely mum Lynn who died in August 2012.

Lynn is very much missed by us all. Help us help other families so they do not have to go through this too.

So, how are we doing so far?

So we hope you're pleased to know that 2 busted bikes, 1 busted knee and whole lot of mud later that Nikki, Lizzie and Jen completed their cycling challenge and crossed the Transpennine trail, a mostly lovely, but cold, wet and windy trek from Southport to Hornsea. A whole 215 miles!

They have also completed there SCOUSE VS FOOD EVENT and tested the eating skills of the boys up North + 1 girl at What’s Cooking?. The event was lots of fun and there was lots of full bellies afterwards! We are pleased to announce no one was sick!

The next challenge was completed by Nikki, who bravely enduring her long locks being chopped off - just in time for Winter, and Lizzie having a dip on Boxing Day in the River Mersey and also completing a very muddy NUTS challenge.

We held our Life is a Cabaret- a huge success with lots of shots comedians and Irish dancing! Followed by our runners completing the 10K Liverpool Spring- completed by Leanne and Lizzie on a very warm day, we also managed to raise £150 from our cake stall, Jenny D completed the BUPA Manchester 10k again on a very warm day- well done Jenny!

And lastly, students at UCLan hosted an event for industry professionals donating their ticket and raffle sales.

This lovely lot have raised over £5000 to date and are hoping to double that amount this year, with your help.
