Lila was a wonderful Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Auntie, Teacher and Friend.

Her smile lit up a room and you were so happy when you were around her.

She fought her battle with Breast Cancer to the very end and never gave up hope of beating it. She was an example to us all ...

Please donate to Lila's tribute fund so critical research can be carried on in Lila's name.

    Fund Update

    Hi Everyone,

    We have been given a date by Denbigh Golf Club for a Charity Golf Day for Breakthrough Breast Cancer on Wednesday 13th August – it will be a great day and let’s hope the sun shines !

    0900 - 0930 - Breakfast will be available in the club house (bacon barm tea/coffee)

    10.00 – Teams will tee off from the 1st Tee (Lady Captain’s team will leave first)
    Teams will tee off from the 6th Tee

    2.00 – 3.00 – Putting comp arranged by the club will take place in pairs

    3.00 – 4.00 – Have the opportunity to shower / change and grab a drink in the bar (drinks not included in your cost)

    4.00 – 5.00 - Dinner – 2 course to choose from - included in the cost

    5.00 – 6.00 – Prizes and Trophies for the day – (Sponsor Needed) and Raffle Draw (Prize details released soon)

    You are more than welcome to hang on later in the club and enjoy a drink

    Those of you who need to stay over, please let me know so I can get details for you.

    What I need from you – Confirmed Names of your teams

    Payment is £35 per head - by Cash / Cheque to S Young / Online banking – details on request
    Once in receipt I can pay the club for reduced fees and catering – the remainder will go to the charity
    The cost has been reduced this year to increase the number of players on the day.

    If anyone has any friends/family that just want to come along for the meal only option please get in touch

    Raffle Details – If you would like to donate a prize please get in touch – so far we have afternoon tea for two at Nunsmere Hall Hotel
