How does my donation help?

This year, I decided to set a challenge to walk the Ridgeway.
I've never done anything like this before.
At the time of setting the challenge, I had no idea how long the Ridgeway was!
87 miles of one of the oldest roads in Britain, spreading across 5 counties, the Ridgeway starts near Avebury, spans the chalk downs of the Valley of the Racehorse, crosses the Thames at Goring, and then skirts Watlington, Chinnor and Princes Risborough before passing Wendover and Tring to reach the end point at Ivinghoe. I'll be walking in sections, and taking my dogs wherever possible.
The challenge is in memory of my mum Shirley Abbott, who died from breast cancer in 2002.
