I'm running the Bupa Great Edinburgh run on 7th October 2012 in tribute to "Aunty Mo".

I first met Morag when I met my dearest best friend Susie in primary school. A number of childhood memories followed- falling out of trees, primary and high school dances, dog walking and a number of school music concerts! - but I will always remember Morag as a warm and loving woman who was genuine and thoughtful. She will be missed dearly.

I am running the 10K in tribute to her. For those of you who have seen me (try to) run, its not pretty, so 10K is going to be a big challenge... Raising money for a great cause is the only incentive at this point, so I would appreciate anyone with some spare pennies to donate below!

    Thanks for all the donations so far, I'm starting to feel the pressure! Spent the weekend doing a run around the stables and then Sunday with some hill runs up Arthurs Seat. Ouch.

    With 5 weeks to go, I am trying to squeeze in as much running as possible... Definitely need to get some new trainers before the big 10K, but actually starting to enjoy the running - except for the hills!!
